Licensing, Insurance & Trust

Yes. Amped Property Services is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. We carry comprehensive general liability insurance and every employee is background-screened before being assigned to any client facility. We're happy to provide certificates of insurance upon request.

Absolutely. Every Amped Property Services team member undergoes rigorous background screening before they're ever assigned to a client facility. Our staff also arrives in full company uniforms — so you always know exactly who is cleaning your building.

Our general liability insurance covers accidental damage that occurs during our service. If an incident occurs, contact us immediately and we'll work with our insurance provider to resolve it promptly. We also capture before/after photos on every visit, which helps document the condition of your facility.

Accountability & Proof

Every visit is documented with three layers of proof: (1) GPS-verified clock-in/out timestamps, (2) a completed digital checklist for your specific facility, and (3) before-and-after photos uploaded at the end of each shift. You can review all of this anytime in your secure customer portal.

The customer portal is your secure online dashboard where you can view GPS records, completed checklists, and before/after photos from every visit. It's available 24/7 and gives you complete visibility into your service history without having to call anyone.

Our Monthly Compliance Bonus program rewards cleaning technicians who consistently follow every protocol, complete every checklist, and deliver outstanding results. Service & Scheduling

We offer nightly (5 or 7 nights per week), multi-weekly (2–4 times per week), weekly, bi-weekly, and custom schedules. We'll work with you to design a program that fits your facility's foot traffic and budget.

We serve offices, retail stores, medical and dental practices, restaurants, warehouses, schools, daycares, churches, fitness centers, property management firms, and more throughout Delaware and Maryland.

Both. We offer after-hours janitorial service (the most common arrangement), as well as daytime porter service for facilities that need continuous cleaning throughout the day. We'll coordinate a schedule that minimizes disruption to your operations.

Yes. We bring all necessary supplies and equipment. We can also accommodate special product requests — fragrance-free products, hospital-grade disinfectants, green/eco-friendly solutions — just let us know your requirements when requesting a quote.

Pricing & Contracts

No long-term contract is required to get started. We earn your continued business through consistent, documented results on every visit. We offer flexible service agreements and believe our results will speak for themselves.
